来週はサンクスギビングの休みがありますね。今週末は、何をしますか？ともだちのうちに　パーティーをしにいきますか？

だい６かの　ぶんぽう (grammar)やことば (vocabulary)を　つかって (to use)、「休みの日」について (about) ポストを　かいてくれませんか。

- Verb te-form
- Adjective te-form
- Adjective past tense
- Placeに purposeに いきます

ブログのしゅくだい10（Due 11/18 月曜日）

1) Watch the following video about しぶや.

2) Compare American cities (e.g. South Bend, your hometown, etc.) and しぶや and find similarities and differences. Think WHY.

3) Write paragraphs in 日本語. Use Verb te-forms & Adjective te-forms. You may also want to use えいご as necessary.

4) Learn about Japanese cities by checking relevant websites if you like.

1) Describe what you do/did this weekend. Use Verb te-forms & Adjective te-forms.
   (Adjective te-forms are optional.)

2) Read comments on your blog and respond if you feel necessary.

3) Read your classmates' blog posts (at least three) and leave comments.

みなさんの　しゅっしんち（hometown）は、どんなところですか。なにがありますか。ゆうめいな人がいますか。大学がありますか。

みなさんの　しゅっしんち（or most familiar place）について（about）かいてください。
Introduce your hometown or familiar place in Japanese using various expressions and grammatical patterns you have learned.

らいしゅうユニットテストがありますね。こんしゅうまつ、ふくしゅう (review)をしてくださいね。

Here at ND/SB, you are showing around a visitor from Japan who does not speak English. Tell the visitor about your campus as he/she asks you questions. Make a dialogue and post it on your blog.

In your dialogue, please make sure to:

☐ Introduce a couple of places or things

☐ Use あります／います

☐ Use other verbs

☐ Use adjectives, adjective + noun

☐ Use location nouns

☐ Use negative sentences

☐ Use various questions words (what, which, where, who, etc.)
